Lonely London Lad: 12 Hour Meet And Greet: August 21, 2010
Lonely London Lad's Robert Savage, the mad-as-a-box-of-frogs (but terribly nice) front man you have seen in "Drop Dead Lizzie", is holding a 12-hour Meet And Greet event on Saturday, August 21, 2010, in scenic Shepherdstown, West Virginia, USA.
Robert wants to meet and converse with as many LLL fans as possible over the course of the 12-hour party. The event will feature several different activities throughout the day, a big-screen music video screening at 9pm, dancing, scads of unreleased songs from the next album, talks, a raffle for an LLL Mega Pack, and non-stop LLL music. All LLL merchandise will be on sale at a minimum 20% discount, as well as cold beverages. Note that this is not a concert, but a "happening" with LLL music in the background. It's open to the general public and admission is free!
No tickets are needed, but an emailed RSVP would be great if you plan on attending, so I can look forward to meeting you.

Where is the event, what time does it take place, and how do I get in?
It's at the War Memorial Building (a.k.a. "The Men's Club") at 102 E. German Street in Shepherstown, WV, 25443. Here are DIRECTIONS.
It is FREE to all fans, so you don't need a ticket to get in. Doors open at 11:00 AM and the event will last until 11:00 PM.
I want to make a weekend getaway out of it. Where can I stay?

What if I want to camp out before doors open to get a good spot in line?
There is no need to camp out. This is not a ticketed event so you can come and go all day long.
Is Robert really going to be "on" for 12 hours straight?
Yes, though he'll probably take a short break at some point!
How do I get to meet Robert?
Just walk in the door, pass the wall of bodyguards, go through the metal detectors, cross over the circle of fire, step carefully over the foxhounds, and he'll be right there!
What can I bring with me into the building?
You may bring a camera or video-camera into the event. You can also bring in folding chairs, pillows and blankets if you really want to get cosy.
Can Robert sign memorabilia?
Yes, and the full line of LLL music and merchandise will be available at discounted prices.
Will food be available?
Food will not be served, but cold non-alcoholic drinks will be available at a reasonable price.
